TyreTec: Returns and Exchanges
With regards to all items sold by TyreTec Trading UK Ltd, we accept any returns made within a 14 day period of delivery providing of course, the item/s are still brand new, unused and unfitted however the case may be. Please make sure the original packaging is intact. Please be so kind as to send an e-mail with your requirements to email@example.com. All return postage and package costs are your responsibility unless the wrong item was sent. Once items are inspected then a credit will be raised. In the rare event an item has been used and found faulty, an Application Form For Tyre Examination (BRMA) has to be filled in. The tyre needs to be returned to us at the cost of the customer. Once the tyre has been examined by the manufacturer and there is a genuine fault, a replacement or part discount will be arranged at the discretion of the manufacturer.
